医用耗材供应链管理的整改措施及目标

摘要：本文旨在探讨医院医用耗材供应链管理现状，为医用耗材的规范化管理提供相关建议。通过现场访谈、座谈会、设计查检表等调研方式方法，查找医用耗材需求环节、配送环节、仓管环节等各环节中存在的问题。针对医用耗材供应链各相关环节管理中存在的问题提出相应的整改措施。这些措施可优化医用耗材供应链流程，完善耗材管理制度，降低耗材使用成本，提高医院耗材精细化管理。
